Hi, I have set up (a new) GLPI to create new tickets from emails sent to helpdesk@ and this works well except the mail contains a hyperlink which takes the user back to the login page (and then the ticket). I want to remove the hyperlink so that I don't frustrate users who do not have a login (and never will). I have had a look at some of the php files in /var/www/glpi/inc but it is mostly over my head, so I don't want to start amending things at random! Any advice greatly appreciated. KR's vasdjs

Hello,
you can remove / change the text of the Mail notification under: Setup/Notifications/Notification templates/Tickets.
Just remove "##lang.ticket.url## : ##ticket.urlapprove##"

Thanks stepit... I removed the 2nd line ( ##lang.ticket.url## : ##ticket.urlapprove##) of the ticket default translation (Notification Templates - ID4). However, this doesn't seem to have worked. Also, these templates have 2 halves and I edited the 2nd line in both (one text, 1 html?). I saved the change and got someone to email, but they got the hyperlink in the reply. Do I need to do more editing? KR's vasdjs

The 2nd line is when a ticket is solved.
You must delete also line 4
##ELSEticket.storestatus## ##lang.ticket.url## : ##ticket.url## ##ENDELSEticket.storestatus##
