When I open an existing ticket and try to add an update it takes up to 20 second to add an update. Does it have to do something with postfix? Where and how can I try and search for error?
Thanks for help,
Vladimir

We are seeing the same thing. Where do I find the debug switch?
Other apps on the same web server hitting the same MySQL server do not appear to be having the same lag.
We are using 0.80.2, but we saw the same issues on 0.80.0.
Would love to get this thing flying again!

You can choose debug mode in your preferences
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Nothing in debug really jumped out at me, but we are still having this issue. Just browsing around in the system is relatively fast, only items where you are saving a ticket (and possibly related to sending an email) are when it seems slow.
Anyone with a suggestion as to what I should be looking for while in debug or another item to take a look at?
Thanks

Locally on the server is Postfix.
