Email import

Most of my users respond via email. I am having an issue were it imports all the previous information. At the top of each reply I have ---------- Do not reply below this line ----------- how do I stop the ticket system importing below this line.

I have V0.78.2

Did you figure this out?

How did you get the 'reply below' line into the email ?  Via the templates ?

The is an option in the admin section to edit the templates.
