OCSInventory is running and reporting activity from 9 systems. I completed the installation from GLPI, but I don't see any asset information (hardware/software). I've told GLPI to synchronize under automatic actions with OCSNG, but I am still not seeing any information.

I am stuck where I should look next.

Thank you for your help!

Re: Installation help

I don't see Setup->OCSNG Mode->Import Options. After I login to GLPI, I see Setup, then I have the choices of:
Dropdowns, Components, Notifications, General, Automatic actions, Authentication, Receivers, External Links, Plugins

Thanks.

Re: Installation help

I have confirmed the admin profile and OCSNG: Write enabled. I login as glpi, which is associated with the admin profile, but I do not see Setup->OCSNG Mode->Import Options.

Under Setup->Automatic actions->, I have synchronize from OCSNG every 5 minutes

Under Setup->General->Inventory tab->Enable OCSNG Mode is set to No. I am changing to Yes.

Still, I don't see Setup->OCSNG Mode->Import Options.

Thank you.

Re: Installation help

I do see Under Tools->OCSNG->Import New Computers.  I imported, but I see no computer hardware/software inventory data even though it showed the system name.

Thank you.

Re: Installation help

I think I understand. I was suppose to select the localhost option, which is the 1 item listed, then I see options tabs for General, Import Options, General Informations, Link, and All.

Re: Installation help

I am starting to see hardware information (Computers, Monitors, Printers) reporting in GLPI. This is very encouraging! When I look in Home->Inventory->Software, I see no data.

Thanks.

Re: Installation help

Since I don't use dictionaries, why this would matter? Currently, I see Inventory information for Computers, Monitors, Printers, and Devices. Everything else is blank.

Thanks.

Re: Installation help

I am in Setup->OCSNG Mode-, then where??, I click on localhost. I don't see "import options Tag..."

I am confused by this process.  Thanks for your patience.
