create ticket for device or printer

Dear All,

we need to open ticket for a single device or printer using the web interface

It looks like we can only open ticket for computers or software. we are using  GLPI 0.78.2

Any Idea??

You can configure it in your profile.
The parameter you need to change is 'Linkable items to a ticket'.

Hi,

I think I found what you are talking about. But I made the change and I don't see my printers showing up. Could you provide some more detailed instructions so I know I'm not missing something? Thanks
