PDF export in GLPI - viewing wrong characters

it seems a devil is approaching my production server of GLPI.

My glpi version is 0.72.4

in my localhost testing glpi the export procedure in pdf and cvs works fine!

On the server it doesn't work and I see the content in the browser like this:

What's happened?

Is there configuration needed ? in php.ini the pdf lib is already without ;

please give me a support

only fusion inventory last version 2.2.2

disable it, and tell us if it works better
