[HELP] Automatic Actions

GLPI I'm using, is no longer automatically closing the tickets "resolved." I looked at all settings and are set to close automatically from one day after and even the call is informed if there is no response, it will automatically shut down in 1 day. In practice this is not working ... I have to manually close the calls that are not validated by the users (no response to the applied solution). At the beginning, right after the upgrade version 0.78 and 0.78.1, was working perfectly, but make it 2 weeks no longer occurs. Could anyone help me solve this my problem!?

would this information or am I mistaken? The warnings of open tickets are running smoothly. Now the automatic shutdown of the tickets stopped since ... I have to close one by one the tickets resolved.

We are having the same issues with closing tickets.  So far we have tracked it down the the "closeticket" automatic action being stuck inthe running state.

If we click the x to stop the run, then execute it again it works.

it does however stick in running again later on

I hope this helps with diagnosis, however I could do with finding a resolution for it sticking.

Hi imunro01.

I did the same procedure as mentioned here and did not work ... do not know what I do to fix it ... it was working perfectly and now nothing has stopped the run automatically.

If the crontask is always in running state. You must have informations in error files ?
Is the trace is these files is activated in config ?

Coudl you give us informations about non auto closed tickets ?
Do you have entities ?

After the tickets stay with status (solved), it takes one day the solution, the call is not automatically closed when the User does not validate the requestor named.

... I do not have entity to use the default root entity.

Configuration in Root Entity for Helpdesk, is called to automatically close after 1 (one) day.

Today, two tickets were closed automatically, but after two days of being resolved and open. They were opened on 14.12.2010 and resolved and just today (16/12/2010) were automatically closed.

How do I set up so that they are closed automatically after 1 (one) day or the same day. Could anyone instruct me in configuring my GLPI?

could you get us informations in hours ?
Because. ticket is solve the 01/12/2010 at 08:00
Cron job is launch each 12 hours by default.
If the cronatsk run the 02/12/2010 at 07:30 the ticket will not been closed.
But it will be closed 12 hours after (minimum if GLPI is used). So maybe more.

Cron jobs are launch when you use GLPI in GLPI mode.
You may use a system cron (CLI mode) to be sure that the automatic actions are played whitout any human use of GLPI.

These two tickets are closed automatically by "closeticket" today 16/12/2010 at 08:00 am.

I wish the "closeticket" execute the calls to end the next day, that is, if I decided to call today at 15:02 pm, tomorrow at 08:00 am it should be closed automatically. How do I make it work properly?

Ok...but "closeaction" was performed manually by me at 08:00 am today. This means that if I did not perform it today, called a fixed two days ago will be closed on more than 48 hours ... it undertakes indicator opening and closing of tickets in the month.
