Incorrect file format 'DEVICE_5'

Hello - I searched for this and some french hits came up but they didn't seem to address my issue specifically.  of course, i don't speak french, so that may have been a specific deterrent.  a few days ago, i added the IP address column to view the list of computers.  now, when i go to Central > Inventory > Computers, I see the error below and I don't see my computers.

Incorrect file format 'DEVICE_5'

how do i get rid of this error.  i have other deployments of GLPI and OCS where i've have the IP address in the list without receiving this error.

Thanks for the help!

Regards...digitap

Re: Incorrect file format 'DEVICE_5'

i don't know how to do that.  i tried the upgrade but is failed. appears several of the database files were missing.  i'm going to do a fresh install to see if i can get some of those back...not sure what's going on.

Re: Incorrect file format 'DEVICE_5'

You can change to debug mode in the General menu, but sounds like you're already forging ahead.

Re: Incorrect file format 'DEVICE_5'

going to try preserve the the database files, though.  i have made a number of changes and don't know what I'll do if i can't get the data.  i've got backups, but obviously several of my database files are corrupt.
