Create a ticket to a specific version of a software

Hello.

If you have one software with 2 versions, is it possible that a user creates a ticket for one of the versions?

I see that I can only assign a ticket to the software, but I can't specify the version.

I tought that a workaround was to create one software for each version... but then I would loose information from the reports.
