smtp error: using user@domain.com as email instead of correct one

hello guys I hope this is not another silly question like my last one, the thing is that I am validating against an AD but the email accounts are not related to said AD, I manually set the email address on the glpi user account AND on the AD but it keeps sending them to [glpiusername]@mydomain.com... any toughts on that?

solved, people. the user was using an incorrect address.
