Re: Automatic Actions

If you want to have tasks running automatically you need to trigger the file glpi/front/cron.php via scheduled cron job under linux or task under windows. Additional in 0.78 you need to set the automatic actions run mode to cli.

Best regards, Steffens.

Re: Automatic Actions

Did you create the schedule cron job as documented?

http://www.glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.p … ig:crontab

Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.

Re: Automatic Actions

Hi Sean .. I didn't know about this configuration .. thanks

I ran the command  "/usr/bin/php /var/www/html/glpi/front/cron.php &> /dev/nullcron" and I changed for mode GLPI and I don't receive e-mail .. when i click run fo the automatic actions i receive e-mail

The automatic actions are schedule for next run at 20h .. may be why?

Re: Automatic Actions

Under Ubuntu my cron job looks like this (maybe not the best solution but works perfect):

cd /var/www/ticket/front/ && php5 cron.php         running with user www-data (this user even got all necessary rights in glpi folder structure)

AND don't forget to install php-cli package under Linux to get the cron jobs running!..

Best regards, Steffens.
