In GLPI 0.78 ,It is possible to hide the Urgency tab menu to post only profile?

In Config / Helpdesk : disable all urgencies (only medium will be used)
post-only users will not have to chose urgency (no dropdown).
techn will set impact and priority.

P.S. I've just notice a missing "hidden" attribute near to the field... need to be fixed

In English version, its Setup menu > General > Assistance tab. He means set all Urgency levels to No and only Medium will be left.
Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.
