GLPI 0.80 Custom Template for each Follow-up

I like to set the template to only sent the current followup message(without the previous follow-ups), I create another template for FOLLOW-UP UPDATE and NEW FOLLOW UP only with the code for the follow-up. But still no luck, still show all previous follow-ups.
