Need Help with the document.send function

Hi everyone,

i´m new her in the glpi forum, and i hope that someone can help me with the document.send function.
My problem is, when i upload a file in the document section to download the file. The Upload works well but when i click on the file, my browser shows me only hieroglyphics. I know the problem ist my browser, but i work in a domain and we have a domaincontroler gpo, so i can´t change the browser settings.

The solution for this problem is the funktion makedownload. Have someone a idee how i can realise this? My target is to Download the Files over the Downloadmanager when i click on a PDF file for example.

Hope that someone has a Ideaaa..

Disable all plugins, try again, then enable 1 by 1 to detect the guilty one.

Thx to Remi, i got the foul plugin ....

When i start the Tracker Plugin from David DURIEUX the document.send function dont work.

I´ve deinstalled it and now it works Great.
