I was just trying to add an item to a user's ticket from the user's "My Devices" list, and it wouldn't add. Tried three times, then tried doing it from the item search and it worked. Haven't seen the behavior before, so maybe it was just a one time weird thing. Can anyone replicate?
Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.
