I'm currently working on a project where I'm required to adapt GLPI for multiple departments.
I started fiddling with GLPI "Forms" plugin, which gives a really nice way to deal with service desk, however I'm finding it very difficult to make the user interface "User proof" and easy to use.
One of the problems lies in the "Show all" in the tree structure where you choose your entity. By pressing that button a user can simply have access to all services at once, creating a mess of localizations, categories and so on. This makes configuration really frustrating, since there's the constant menace of the user being able to mess everything with a button click.
Is there any (non programatic) way to hide this button?
Thanks

Maybe in the CSS.
By modifying your palette, you could, maybe, hide the button.
I didn't try and have no html/css development skill, but if I were in your shoes, that's what I would try.

It would be useful if in the configuration of each entity it could be activated or deactivated to make it visible or invisible in the list of entities.
Maybe there is some way to do it in the database but I don't know how.
