Hi all
I'm trying to restrict user views using entities and groups but I'm having a problem that suspect has no solution at this time.
The problem comes when a user needs to view a ticket that was opened in a different entity and is not in his hierarchy. Even if I assign that ticket to the group he belongs to, no viewing is possible and due to different hierarchy, recursive flag isn't useful.
Does anybody knows a workaround for this?
