When an user create a new ticket and this ticket is assigned a "NoBody", for the tech, the only way to see this tickets is in Support -> Monitoring (Seguimiento in spanish)
Is there another way to see this unassigned tickets at start?
Why don't appear this unassgined tickets in "Central" page ??
