Still cannot receive email alarm notification

Hi, I am using version 0.78 and when I see the scheduled tasks log, it has done the processing : Please Help me

Last run list

But I do not receive any email notification at all ????

I use the "Test to send a email to the administrator" and I received a test email confirming the SMTP is ok.

and I configured the following in Alarm Options :

Recalls Alarms on cartridges - Every day
Recalls Alarms on consumables  - Every day
Alarms on expired licenses - Yes
Alarms on contracts - Yes
Alarms on financial information - Yes

Tested with SVN version and still there is no email alarm being sent out .... please help.
