Mail notification configuration

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the subject so please excuse..

I've just set up the glpi on my NAS (QNAP TS-809Pro). But when I started configuring the E-Mail-Notification within "glpi" I was confronted by quite a pickle. It seems that the notification is buggy, or more likely, I can't find the right setting.

My hoster is "One.com".

Use a SMTP server to send emails    -> I tried "php" & "smtp"
SMTP Host - Port:2525                      -> send.one.com:2525
SMTP Login (optional)                       -> "user"@"domain".com
SMTP Password (optional)                -> "pass"

I'm wondering why none of the settings work, because I'm also using Joomla 1.5.15 with PHPmailer, which is working. Furthermore the NAS-Internal mail notification also works with the same mail account.

I had a look into the class.phpmailer.php and changed the "public $Port" and "public $Host" value, to my hosters settings - without positive result.

Could anyone help me out and give me the right hint?
