Hello folks!
I have a problem which appeared to me several times, I installed GLPI and everything works perfect and then suddenly the program starts to
misbehave and it is unable to access the program by any browser in any computer.
The authentication page shows the following error:
You must accept cookies to reach this application
I checked the browser and it is enabled, I can login in other services which use cookies with the browser.
Does anybody know what's happening?
Thank you very much.

I have noticed MANY requests for help with this issue. None of the responses which are helpful at all.
I am also having this issue. I was in the middle of enabling the new OCS inventory capability, and clicked on the "localhost" entry then set the ocs password and "post"ed or whatever the button says. The browser dropped me directly out to the login page at this point, and now I cannot log back in due to this error.
I am running GLPI 0.80.61 and OCSInventory Server 2.0.3 on CentOS 5.3 w/ Apache 2.2.3 and PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.0.77-4.
Nothing was changed, anywhere, neither in my browser nor on the server, except for the GLPI changes mentioned above. All browsers act the same. I do not have cookie issues, otherwise. Nothing about the files/ directory was changed by me. Nothing else.
Getting this GLPI tool to work in the first place was a 5-hour ordeal. We have 2500+ devices. I do not wish to begin again.
Could maybe a developer get involved to help solve this issue, as it appears to be very common and unresolved for years. I am ready to give you any log/config info you need. Just let me know.
Raymond.

According to: http://www.glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.p … nfig:debug
There should be a glpi_config table, but there is not. There is a glpi_configs table, but it does not contain a use_errorlogs field. There is an event_loglevel field which is set to 5. Is that what it needs to be?
As far as log files go:
# ls -alt
total 40
drwxrwxr-x 12 apache apache 4096 Jan 19 02:48 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 95 Jan 19 02:48 php-errors.log
drwxrwxr-x 2 apache apache 4096 Jan 18 16:29 .
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 463 Jan 18 16:29 sql-errors.log
-rw-rw-r-- 1 apache apache 80 Jan 5 15:04 remove.txt
Sorry, but I do not see any ability to attach files to this post and the forum will not allow me to paste the contents (claiming that there are too many links?).
Raymond.

I found the issue. The cookies in files/_sessions/ were all 0-byte. So, I checked the disk space and the disk was at 100% due to over-night CentOS repository mirroring. I cleared some space and then had to remove the cookie for the GLPI host from my browser and rm cookies in _sessions/ directory.
IT WORKED!
