Hi.
I'm new with GLPI. Trying to learn the system and implement it into my enterprise.
I have a question that i don't find a suiting answer for.
When you add a new ticket you can link it with a computer,telephone,printer etc. But is there a way that i could link a ticket to either contract or location?
I know that you could link a ticket to a computer and the computer to a contract and set a location on the computer. But it would be very usefull to link a ticket directly to a contract/location. So you could filter the tickets by contract/location later on.
Using Windows 2003 Server with Xampp, GLPI v 0.78
Hope any of you have a suiting answer for this.
