Hallo,

sorry for my bad english.
when i upload a document everthing is okay, but when i delet this, it will not delete from the hdd.
what is the problem?

Look in the GLPI trash.
File will be deleted on purge.

On the document list
On the search engine, you have i trash icon... with a Yes/No dropdown

one question

when i make a faq with one document and the i delete the faq.
the document is still in the register document, how can i filter the document that have no link anymore to delete them?

You create differents headings for document (Setup > Dropdowns > Management > Document headings),
for example : FAQ, tickets...
When you add a new document in the FAQ, select the correct heading.
After, make a search of documents without heading.

but when you delete the faq, the heading will be still there.
i can not see the diferent, if there is a faq by the document or not.
