Export to SLK

Gentlemen, I'm with a problem when I export the list of tickets to a file slk, when I open the excel, the coding of texts is incorrect, I tried to find out where is the place to change this setting and I arrived in this file export.php in / glpi / inc, but the file does not change the encoding of the exported text to SLK, I would ask if anyone knows how to change it, it's very hard to resolve this.

Hi.
Try to convert  *.slk file from UTF8 to ANSI using Notepad.
It wokrs for me in case of *.csv as well as  *.slk
