Greeting ... I have installed GLPI 0.72.4 works perfectly but there is limited documentation ..
Someone could help in the configuration of the technicians?
How to automatically assign technicians to open ticket? and add the categories of support but I have no idea how to automatically assign technicians ..

Hi,
in version 0.72.1 it's here:
setup --> general --> general setup tab.
assistance --> Automatically assign the tickets to the technical person in charge --> set the value to yes and it should automaticaly asign to the technician you set as in charge of the material.
Hope it´s what you need.

Another way is to use "Business rules for tickets" (Administration -> rules)
With this you can write rules like "if categorie of ticket is Internet Explorer assign X"
