Global assets not working to some profiles

I have a problem that started today.
was set for some profiles to view global assets, but just now this has stopped working, only the super admin profile is able to view global assets.
I've looked at some logs, but I think it's not wrong.
Is there any option that allows or not the visualization of global assets?

Reviewing this, any profile can't see the global assets, only super-admin.
Where can I look to solve this ?
