Mail Receiver

Hi,

I have configured a mail receiver and thats working perfect.
Now i have configured folders on my mailbox to make different receivers for my client to create issues to the correct entities.

This is the base configuration:
Name : HelpPDesk
entity : Root
Server : mailserver.domain.be
connection Options : POP - SSL - NO-TLS - NO-Validate-CERT
Mail Folder :
Port :
Login : username
Password : Password

This is working, but when add a folder it gives me 'Connection Failed'
Name : HelpPDesk
entity : Root
Server : mailserver.domain.be
connection Options : POP - SSL - NO-TLS - NO-Validate-CERT
Mail Folder : CUST01
Port :
Login : username
Password : Password

CUST01 is an existing folder (same level as INBOX) on my mailbox.

Is there a certain syntax for mail folder to follow ?

Solved it just.

POP3 doesn't support folders on mailboxes.
So i changed to IMAP and it worked !
The Correct folders have been taken and issues are made in the correct entities

looks good.
