How to Restore?

I have to reinstall all the GLPI System but I dont want to lose the dates (though they're not two much yet). I've got the .xml and the .sql files but I don't know how to use them. Any explication please?

Thanks everybody.

PD. Sorry if this topic already exists but I'm not able to find any search tool in the forum!.. Is there anything??

PD2. I just found it!.. (I'm new!!)

Could you be more specific please?? I'm going to install GLPI in a new Win 2003 Server and I would'n like to lose the current database. Where do I have to put that instruccion? On the symbol system? On the terminal of Mysql? Where??? What are the specifics steps to follow???

Re: How to Restore?

you could also copy the backup files that you have to the /files/dumps/ of your GLPI install and then select the restore option in your new install.

Re: How to Restore?

Hi again!!

I don't have restore option on a new installation. The only two I have are New Install and Update from an older version.

Any idea??

Thanks mate!!

By the way, great and pretty girls in Córdoba (las mejores de España)..!
