One of our technicians suggested that in the Central Console -> Group View Tab an additional "Assigned To" column be included. That way he can know if a ticket has been grabbed by other technicians in the Group. I found it to be a very reasonable request. I went in an added the column in my 0.72.3 system (tracking.function.php: showCentralJobList, showJobVeryShort).
I wanted to share his feedback with the forum as it seem like a reasonable request from a technician using GLPI every day. Plus, I was wondering if developers would consider including that additional column in the Group View Tab in the Central console in a future version.
