There's no option within GLPI to change this. I think you have to edit the source code.

In next version (0.78), you will have option to customize the Impact / Urgency / Priority matrix.

Here is a VERY hacky way to change the wording. This only works if you want to use 5 level though. You can modify glpi/locales/{locale_name}.php
Search for $LANG['help']
You need to modify the array values 3-7 and adjust them to the wanted names.
This change will not survive an update.

ITs works great but i can see the white spaces on Very High and Very Low .

GLPI .78 version, LAMP server.
Looking at my matrix it looks like it might be missing something. All I see is a bunch of choices, with no labels to those choices. The ONLY two things that don't look like "Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low" say "Impact" and "Urgency" which look more like column/row headers.
I don't know if this belongs in this thread, but it seems as good as any. I'm starting to believe that there may be a problem with the upgrade I did about a week ago. As I'm seeing other anomalies, nothing spectacularly wrong though.
