Display phone number field on tickets?

Hi,

One of my collegues asked me to find out if we could have it so that users phone numbers are displayed on the helpdesk ticket (taken from the "Users" list/file in GLPI).

I know that by putting the mouse over the "magnify" button next to the users name displays the number, however it'd be more helpful if it was just there on the ticket itself.
