Hello.
As far as I understand, planning entries only can be added from ticket follow-up. That means We are forced to create a ticket to add a new task to technician's schedule. I wonder if there is a way to plan staff tasks that are not related to helpdesk. For example, I want to register a new task to be accomplish by technicians when they are attending contract activities. Is that possible?
