add ticket followup setting date and where find documentation

Hello,
I'm playing with GLPI webservices, I was able to create a ticket followup,
now what I need to do is create a followup setting followup's date to a custom one because I need to
sync my GLPI with another ticket platform.
Can I create a followup with a custom date?

Where I can find a complete version of webservice docs? (Not only list of methods available, but also input parameters and response description)
