Dear all,
I have latest GLPI & Behaviors plugin installed:
glpi-9.4.3-1.el7.remi.noarch
glpi-behaviors-2.2.1-1.el7.remi.noarch
My settings is:
Technician assigned is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed - yes
Single technician and group - Single user & single group
Block the solving/closing of a the ticket if task do to - yes
Additional notifications - yes
Solving tickets goes well, but when I want to solve problem, I get "Technician assigned is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed" pop-up.
Tried with assigned technician, group only and group+technician both assigned to problem.
Multiple GLPI instances. Thanks to developers!
