Follow ups

Good Day

is there a way the follow up emails can differ according to who created the follow up. currently i have set up the follow up-notification to go to Requester and Technician. the challenge is they both receive the same email. I only want to send an email to requester if the Technician created the follow up, and i only want to send email to technician if requester created a follow up. Currently you can only create a follow up when (add Followup) is the event. but i wish for it to depend on who created the follow up.

please assist anyone. this is quite urgent.

You can only do this per users settings for helpdesk followup. (followup by E-Mail is a open fr)
(User settings: Notifications for my changes = no)


You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.
