Hide Superadmins from being assigned to the dropdown list

All superadmins can also be added to the "Assigned to" list. I want to exclude these users from the assignment. Since the profile Superadmin can do everything, I couldn't find a way to do this yet.

Can I exclude users from the drop-down list?
