Contract End Notification

Hello, I am trying to send notifications for "end of contract", but I can not get the mail sent, the action is executed, but the mail is not sent, the test emails if they can be sent.

accion:

notificacion 

contract end notification

contrat

notificacion correo 

the test mail is sent

recept

entity

Any idea what may be going on ?? I will be grateful..

Do you use other notification they work ?
