GLPI Cron - Application crash

I do not speak English. Sorry for the mistakes.
I have a GLPI server on Windows Server 2012 R2.
The problem is to run the glpi \ front \ cron.php file from the command line: C: \ xampp \ php \ php.exe C: \ xamp \ htdocs \ glpi \ front \ cron.php
After running cron.php the application crashed window is displayed

The case is out of date. Now I have GLPI on UBUNTU.
