J' ai fraichement installé un GLPI dernière version 9.3.3 avec les spécifications suivantes.

j'ai installé l’authentification LDAP vers un contrôleur AD et fusioninventory
le serveur a très bien fonctionné pendant 1 mois et maintenant je ne peux plus me logger.
la fenêtré d’authentification est bonne mais après avoir mis mon loggin + mdp j'ai un message "L'action que vous avez réalisée n'est pas autorisée."
j'ai essayé avec un loggin ad ou un loggin base local GLPI mais rien n'y fait.
j'ai trouvé par hasard le status.php et voici le résultat :

GLPI_SESSION_DIR_PROBLEM
Check LDAP servers: petit-quevilly_OK
No IMAP server
No CAS server
Check mail collectors: helpdesk-ecole@petit-quevilly.fr_OK

j'ai donc vérifié les permissions du dossier _SESSION qui est dans le dossier file mais rien d'anormal.

Ce n'est pas les permissions mais le propriétaire qu'il faut vérifier.
Le dossier files de GLPI doit avoir Apache en prpriétaire récursif.

un truc étrange: quand je renomme le dossier fusioninventory qui est dans plugins je n'ai plus accès a glpi du tout "erreur 500"
comment désinstaller fusioninventory à la main en ligne de commande pour faire un test pour savoir si c'est ce plugin qui met le bazar.
