Ticket no muestra detalle en GLPI (información)

SO: Windows Server 2008 R2
Versión GLPI 9.1.6
FusionInventory 9.1+1.0

Buen día,

Tengo una instalación del Glpi, pero al intentar mostrar el detalle de los tickets, no se logra visualizar la información que normalmente se muestra.

A continuación el código de error:

mysql service detected with wrong path
change xamp mysql and control settings or
uninstall/disable the other service manually first
found path: c:\Xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld -- defaults-file=C:\Xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini.mysql
problem detected!
port 3306 in use by "C:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld --defaults-file=C:\Xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini.mysql"!
Mysql will not start without the configured ports free!
you need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
or reconfigure mysql and the control panel to listen on a different port

Las capturas no se ven.
El error es claro el puerto 3306 ya está en uso.
Es posible que tengas dos instalaciones de XAMPP u otro mysql que esté utilizando ese puerto que es el estandar.
