we are currently in the process of implementing GLPI 9.2.2, we added the Fields 1.7.3 plugin in order to add additional fields to Tickets.
The challenge is, the added fields do not have the same control like the original fields in the ticket. for example, to limit the visibility of the fields per user profile and ticket template.
please help on how to achieve this.
goal: only specific users are able to edit the fields, other users can only view the field.
