Error when trying to display information

Hello everyone,,,
When trying to enter a user request (Incidence or request) or when trying to see a user's data form, the system does not show me any information. I activate the debug mode and execute one of the two activities described above, the system shows this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_assoc() on boolean in /var/www/html/openinventory/inc/dbmysql.class.php on line 298

We have the version installed: GLPI version 0.84.8...
Plzzz help,,....
