Steps to make GLPI/Service Now Interface

Hi,

Here is the setup with ServiceNow Helsinki version and Glpi v9.1.

We sync the CMDB via Data Source >> Transform Map >> Import sets (to import data from GLPI to SNOW)

-via the MID, importing all computers, phones, sim cards per users

And then from SNOW to GLPI, we sync down via TALEND (ETL), using tServiceNowInput components

->to sync down the incidents and tasks related to glpi stock

I want to sync my whole GLPI inv. to SNOW
