I've been tasked by my boss to come up with a template to describe all our hosts, for an upcoming audit.
In my head there's got to be something better than a template in a word file, innit?
How do you guys do it?
Specifically, i need to describe each host, services installed, potential spof's, connected services (host dependances) and possibly first level actions ... Doing so in a word file seems a lot like 'write and forget forever till next audit' so ... any better way?
