Approval request to requester group manager :failure

In order to run the buisness rule :Approval request to requester group manager i have configured the behavior plugin and it works well but currently i have noticed that this rule is non-finctionnal ;

How to correct this issue  ?

Hello application seems to be able to do many things very useful. "Approval request to requester group manager" action does not work Is there anything that can be done in this regard?
