Remove ticket number in subject

Hello everyone!
Is it possible to remove the information "[GLPI # 0000107]" from email subject?

You can Change the part "GLPI" the other information you need for automation code. Followup etc.

unless you change somes classes, you can't remove this part.

Is this possible to shorten it? To remove zeros?
