Get a Ticket URL

Hi,
I want to create a ticket through API and in the content(description) of that ticket I want to pass a link to another ticket.
How can i create and pass a link, so when a person clicks on that link it gets redirected to the other ticket?

PS: I know how to create a ticket, dont need help on that, thank you
