Please help me how to solve the problem: I have created a category, it tied the pattern. In the template, the "time to solve"parameter is predefined.
Now, when the supervisor distributes new tickets, it sets the desired category of the ticket, but the template does not work - the "time to solve" is not set.
what am I doing wrong?

time to solve is set by the sla. did you setup the sla in template ?
