Setup of plugin :
- Category is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed : YES
Case 1:
1 - Creating a ticket without category
2 - Ticket update and ticket resolution => I have the error message "Category is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed".
Case 2:
1 - Creation of a ticket without category with the status "Resolved".
2 - The ticket has been successfully solved without error message
The error message works well when updating the ticket but not when creating the ticket.
