Change status of ticket on new follow up

Hi !

The main future which I am missing in GLPi is to change status of ticket when new follow up is received from user via email or web site.
Did any one tried to solve this problem.
I do not know which ticket was just answered by my users ...

I have found it , status: pending....
no replay needed
